We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries as we find they provide the best service after trialing all of the other delivery options.

All orders sent via Royal Mail have 'delivery confirmation' therefore you can rest assured that even the smallest orders will be scanned by Royalmail upon delivery before posting through your letter box or dropping at your door!
Our standard delivery rate is based on weight, so we get the best value for you depending on your purchase.

Return & Refund Policy
We will always strive to make things right first time, and to ensure you are happy with the products you receive from us. In the first instance, please contact us at info@thehomeandbeautyroom.co.uk for any issues and we will do our best to resolve

Returns
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@thehomeandbeautyroom.co.uk If your return is accepted, we will issue you with a returns authorisation number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless your item is faulty, return postage costs will need to be paid by the buyer. For faulty items please return, and once inspected, we will refund the postage cost if deemed faulty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon Delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
